POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Commercial Solar Solutions, in partnership with leading funders and manufacturers, can provide you with a fully funded and insured turnkey solar power system from initial site surveys through to installation, monitoring and maintenance.

By entering into a Power Purchase Agreement with one of our many funders, Commercial Solar Solutions can help companies achieve long-term reductions in their electricity costs by enabling them to generate their own solar energy with no payment up front.

During the term of the Power Purchase Agreement, your company is able to purchase the electricity back from the funder at a cheaper rate than your current electricity provider, thus saving your company £’s on their energy bills.

How It Works

Under the Power Purchase Agreement:

• You lease the airspace above your roof to one of our leading funders for 20 years.
• The solar pv system is installed onto your roof at no cost to your company.
• The solar pv system is then operated, monitored and maintained at no cost to your company.
• You will receive discounted electricity at a rate fixed for the term of the agreement i.e. 20 years.
• The PPA contract is fully transferable should you wish to move to new premises in the future.
